Digitization, innovation, and private sector collaboration surged, and while remote work gained prominence, office presence remains crucial albeit with a hybrid model.

Our strategy revolves around SkyTower, driving development in the Aurel Vlaicu – Pipera area. We’re nurturing the SkyTower community, enhancing facilities, and securing the LEED Platinum Operations and Management certification. Upcoming investments include a revamped lobby with high-tech features, a Convention Center, and an urban garden linked to the esplanade, promoting a multifunctional community space.
