What were the most challenging aspects of navigating COVID-19?

We faced the challenge of renegotiating contracts with each client due to their evolving needs amidst the pandemic. Adapting to these shifts required us to make tailored adjustments that suited their changing demands. Even as things reopen, there’s a continued evolution in requirements. Attention to day services has significantly increased, focusing on frequent cleaning of various touchpoints. We’ve integrated electrostatic spraying and disinfection techniques like the Clorox 360 system. Pursuing GBAC certification as a service provider is a priority; this certification has gained significance, especially with many buildings and airlines opting for GBAC or IS09001 certification to ensure proper sanitization. We’re proactively positioning ourselves at the forefront of this sanitization paradigm.

What are your short-term objectives?

Our growth target for 2021 stands at 12%, and we’re on track to achieve or surpass that goal. With bids restarting after a pause, companies are realizing the crucial role of effective janitorial services in restoring consumer confidence. Given the dynamic nature of contracts, each month involves renegotiating terms to meet evolving client needs. Flexibility remains key as we aim to support our clients through these challenging times. We’re also finalizing our IS09001 Certification, crucial for our services in cleanroom environments.
