Could you provide us with an introduction to CNK Aerospace and its two main lines of business: CNK Defense and CNK Aerospace?

CNK Aerospace started as a software development company in 2004, but later evolved into the aerospace manufacturing industry by producing structural parts for the AB139 Bell Helicopter program. The company’s expertise in complex software applications that operate machines used in aerospace manufacturing was instrumental in its foray into the manufacturing business. As its reputation in the industry grew, CNK Aerospace invested more in machining and established relationships with major aircraft manufacturers like Boeing and Airbus. Specifically, the company focused on the 737 and A320 single aisle aircraft programs, which are commercially valuable to both customers. This allowed CNK Aerospace to further invest in and expand into JSF military programs. For years, the company has been producing large-scale structural parts, including the fuselage, for JSF under a U.S. government license. In Turkey, only six companies are eligible to supply detail parts and mechanical units to the JSF program, and CNK Aerospace is one of them. Due to this experience, CNK Aerospace was able to impress defense customers with their superior quality and capabilities, leading to the creation of a separate line of business called CNK Defense. Today, the company’s core competency lies in complex manufacturing for both aerospace and defense industries.
