The Aerospace Cluster is a non-profit organization that brings together aerospace companies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Its main role is to support companies in achieving high performance levels, developing innovative projects, and addressing international markets. Additionally, the Cluster works towards branding the regional aerospace know-how at international events. It serves as a gateway for global aerospace players to discover and identify new innovative solutions developed by regional players. The Cluster also launches various initiatives to encourage training and recruitment, including promoting industrial careers in aeronautics to young people and assisting companies with job dating events and training programs for jobless individuals based on companies’ needs.
